3. Nature of Advisory

While LeaseLoop provides data-driven insights powered by Pash Investment Solution’s analytical framework, all real estate investments and leasing decisions carry inherent market risks. LeaseLoop acts as an advisor and facilitator; the final decision to enter into a lease or investment rests solely with the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, data-driven frameworks, and proprietary methodology (including the LeaseLoop “Legacy + Analytics” model) are the intellectual property of LeaseLoop and its parent partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or “scraping” of our market research is strictly prohibited.

5. User Obligations

Users and clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information for KYC and tenant screening.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary market reports or “off-market” listings provided by LeaseLoop.

  • Use our platform for lawful commercial purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeaseLoop, Unisel Realty Pvt. Ltd., and Pash Investment Solution shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from market fluctuations.

  • Any delays caused by third-party developers, government approvals, or legal disputes outside our operational control.

  • Decisions made based on the general information provided on the blog or website without a formal consultancy agreement.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We value your trust. All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. LeaseLoop ensures that sensitive investment data and personal details are protected through industry-standard security protocols.

8. Third-Party Links & Partnerships

Our platform may mention partnerships with developers (e.g., DLF, Emaar, M3M). While we facilitate these relationships, LeaseLoop is not responsible for the independent policies or construction timelines of these third-party entities.

9. Modifications to Service

LeaseLoop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or website content at any time to reflect changing market dynamics or regulatory requirements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
